Returns Policy 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. However, You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise to us. Any returns without a RMA number will be refused. Contact us for a return number RMA before sending the item back. 

Shipping is not refundable on returns. A 20% restocking & Processing fee will apply on all non-damaged items that are returned. 
All refunds will be reflected on customer accounts only once the item is received. 

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Returns and shipment mistakes also require a RMA number. 


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

Although, We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped  internationally. However, We Offer Free Shipping on All Domestic Orders!

Orders to HI, AK & most US Territories may be  ineligible for shipping. Eligible Items shall occur additional fee at the  buyers expense and are  frequently billed additionally upon arrival. 

Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. These charges are normally collected by the delivery carrier (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Processing

 All orders will be processed within 72 hours under normal circumstances . Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday,or U.S. Holidays except by prior arrangement. 

Orders Ship via UPS, FED EX, or USPS depending on the weight of the order. You will receive a tracking code once your order is shipped so you can track your order up until delivery. 

Shipping usually takes just a few days however we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us or other parties only as an estimate only. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.  Please allow additional time for imported items.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return Policy

We accept returns of all unopened products for 30 days following receipt of your order. All returns must be approved before returning the item.
Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used items., example below: 
You may return any unopened Brand New product within 30 days of your product`s shipping date. Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Please note that All returns must have an RMA#. 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable. 

Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.

 

Wine Restrictions

Through Our Gift Program you may ships wine to the states that have been identified as consistently open to receive shipments containing alcohol. Below We list each state here with a Yes or No indicating whether or not we will ship Reseller orders for wine gifts to that state.

 Hand delivered wine baskets are delivered by local florists and the restrictions are based on county laws, not state laws. The status of florists is ever changing. Variables such as florists getting a liquor license, going out of business, new florists, etc, all affect the availability of hand delivered wine baskets. Therefore, we are unable to provide a specific list of restricted areas. States that are often difficult for hand delivery are identified here. We attempt to fulfill every wine basket order.

Return Policy ( Gift Baskets )

Perishable and fragile products (flowers, food, trees, balloons, and some gift baskets) cannot be returned. These products are covered by our Guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged. Non-perishable items should be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging, after contacting us for instructions on how to return your order.

Our return policy is 15 days from date of shipment however a RMA is REQUIRED or the return will not be processed. 

All returned Product(s) must be undamaged, in their original packaging and be able to be re-sold. Any return Product that arrives used, opened or in poor condition will not be entitled to a refund. 

There is also a 20% restocking fee and we do not refund outbound postage.
